Day 20 Halloween Treats

Today is Thursday and another StampInsanity challenge day...and day #20 for Smeared and Smudged's 31 days of Halloween...and some sad news...I'll be leaving the Stamp Insanity DT after this...I just don't think I can keep up with everything after the baby is born...hopefully I'll be able to come back after I get the hang of things... :( I have had a blast...these ladies rock! so I decided to go out with a bang...I made a super cool project for this challenge Halloween Treats ...check it out
see...super cute huh? I took my two fave images...both Devil Dolls (surprise surprise) Lilith and Kassandra...I colored them with colored pencils...they are kinda tiny so you can't see much detail but they are super cute in person :)

what I did was I took a can of fruit cocktail (the little ones...about 5 inches...I think) opened them upside down (to keep the pop top intact) (leave a little attached...it helps) ate the fruit..mmm... and then washed and let it dry...I then filled it with some tissue paper and candy (all packed upside down) then I hot glued the bottom closed...decorated the sides and tied it off with ribbon....yup I think thats it...I'm planning on giving these to my mom and mother in-law when the baby is born...kinda like a thank you and congrats on being a grandma...and cuz I know they'll appreciate them :)

Welcome to day 6 of Smeared and Smudged's 31 days of Halloween...as well as a new challenge at Stamp Insanity!!!

today's challenge at Stamp Insanity is ABC (Anything But Cards) so I made a tag! I used Lilith (whom I love!) I colored her with my pencils, then made a tag inking it up and using a spider web stencil from tattered angels, my wicked Halloween stamp is from CTMH and the bats are from Stamp Insanity as well...all my bats are black stickled...don't know how well that shows up...but they look super cool in person.

Mystic Beauties Photo Inspiration

Happy Thursday people...I have to hurry I'm on my way to a baby shower (for me) a few hours away I'm so excited!
but I wanted you all to know about the challenge going on at stamp insanity this week...
its a photo inspiration challenge...but you get to pick one of two photos! how cool is that?
this is the one I pickedcool huh?
and here is my card
I took the pink sparkles from the photo and put them in my Belle Lune girl's wings with stickles, and the red from her lips for all the red...I donno for some reason I just kept seeing red :) the thank you senti came from CTMH I embossed it in white, and embossed the background paper with my cuttlebug.

Stamp Insanity purple and black

the StampInsanity Groovy Gurlz are back! we took a little break, And, we have combined our 2 Wards into 1! I sure hope you'll join us for this challenge...

I colored up my Lita and put her on some rockin animal print paper...I added the senti and some bling...I also noticed that my last 4 Stamp insanity cards have been purple and black...wow I must love this color combo!

between two evils

today at the Stamp Insanity blog there is a super easy challenge....Anything goes! don't you just love these?

I made this card for the challenge and just love how it turned out!



I colored my Angelica image (from the Devil Dolls set) with colored pencils, and stamped on some already patterned paper with Smeared Ink's Candy is Dandy background stamp. and added some glitter and bling and there I have it...oh and the senti came from Tiddly Inks.

Going Goth challenge

its another Fab Thursday for Stamp Insanity! this week Stamp Insanity is Going Goth!!! my fave!

here is the super card I made for this challenge...


my image is Pierrette from the Les Coquettes collection...this was my first time coloring her up and I loved it! I made her very goth all black...with a black sprakly heart...it was done in colored pencils with black marker detailing...the corner swirls are from Morgan's Spell Rubber set, and the senti is from the Other Worldly rubber set.

Stamp Insanity Stars and Stripes

Guess what?!?! I got a house!!!! YAY somewhere to take my baby home to where she'll have her own room! I'm so glad to be out of this tiny apt! my only problem is all my craft stuff got boxed up....so I'll be doing allot of digital cards for a while...hopefully not to long...physically crafting is my therapy:)

This week over at the Stamp Insanity there is a new challenge "Stars and Stripes"
I thought it was very interesting to see everyone's different spins on such a simple subject....I took the patriotic road on this one and made a digi card.
