I wanted to make another digi card because I have these super cool papers from Crafty Chaos Designs. And I found a free font here and made my Happy Halloween stempunk banner!
There is also a challenge this week at Kenny K's Krafty Girlz that is to use dots...so I added some polka dot ribbon to finish it off :)
