Edgar's Kiss costume

today is my day to share something from Smeared Ink with you and here it isthey are Edgar Allen Poe KISS atc's...cool huh?

I stamped Poe 4 times and then put kiss makeup on him, then I made a mask of him and stamped and glimmer misted the background, all the stamps for this are from the Smeard Ink set Quoth the Raven, the reason I did this is I got a little inspiration from the Photo inspiration challenge, I know it's only a pic of her dressed as Gene Simmons but I just had to make one of Peter too (he is my fave)...so why stop there Ace and Paul just completed my set.

I'm Peter (of course) my hubby is Gene (you can see why) and my brother is Paul, my nephew is Ace...sorry the pic is so bad...its actually a pic of a pic but hey you get the idea!

31 Days of Halloween...and some great news

Welcome to the biggest, baddest, creepiest Halloween stamping event on the web!

(Or at least we'd like to think so!)

its finally OCTOBER!!!! and I am so excited for this month so much is going on!

First there is the 31 days of Halloween and it is so cool...if you don't know about it please go start at the beginning there are some guidelines on how to be a Horrifying Hopper, or a sinister lurker and how to win some fab prizes! so go here for that
and my second excitement is................I'm On ThE S&S dEsIgN tEaM!!!! Whoot whoot you have no idea how excited I am! (shreek of excitement)
ok, that's all the news I have.... for now;);)...so be sure to do what ya gotta do to have a great October and way to start it off right with S&S

and here is my card

I figured I'd start off with something creepy...so used the S&S lonely boy and puff stamp and he is so fun you will see him allot this month, I just love his eery face!

I put him on an easel card and shrinky dinked the spider to hang from the spiral moon, I also made him sparkly and shimmery with nail polish to kinda give him that ghost feel, then added some buttons and I'm done!
