January Gelli

Welcome to Smeared and Smudged's January Member Blog Hop
an awesome hop where as long as you are a member you can join in (membership is free) and this month's theme is Anything Goes...AWESOME!

so what better way to start off the new year than with a calendar!?!
if you caught my last post you will know I have made a Gelli plate and I LOVE it! I have been making prints like crazy! ohhh can't wait to show what I made...well you get to see a lil slice of my heaven....

its my January page, and I have gelli plated (is that how you say it?) the background, the dates, and the month name...I put did it on a black piece of cardstock, then I got my party grumpie from Smeared Ink and stamped him and colored him...such fun...kinda bummed I covered up such a cool background with so much pink but oh well maybe I'll add more stuff to it through-out the month :)

Here is the blog sure to start at the beginning so you can catch all the awesome projects!

Lovely gelli print here. I still haven't took mine out of the packaging yet. Think you might have just inspired me to do so.

A gorgeous idea, I would love to be able to produce something like this. I haven't worked with Gelli before but will be trying it now.

Great idea. Was it hard to make your gelli plate? I have been wanting to try but am a little apprehensive. I love your calendar.
