at Tiddly Inks this week the challenge is "to create a reading-inspired project"
so I did mine off surprise a horror book!

I took Frankiee and colored her up and put her on some cuttlebug embossed paper added some blue creepy glow skulls, and then put a Mary Shelly quote from Frankenstein and there I have my reading-inspired project!
the quote says:

Dogs R Fun Bookmark

today I have a bookmark for you
its using a Tiddly image I have had for a while and wanted to use ever sense its called Dogs R Fun ...I just love dogs and wish I could have one! so I'll just keep crafting with them until I get one :)I made this for the challenge this week at Tiddly inks that is back to school Bookmarks...I colored my image with pencils, my "explore" stamp came from CTMH.

Pinky purple

At Tiddly Inks this week the challenge is Inch my way along...we are to use inch art to create wee projects for wee people...seeing as how its my niece's b-day this was perfect timing!

I created this lil card for her..using her fave colors purple and black...and the Tiddly image Pinky. I added puffy paint to the cupcakes to make it look like frosting....I really like how they look!

over at Tiddly inks this weeks challenge is a tribute to all those teachers out there...so I made a lil thank you card for....a later day...I'm out of school and don't have any kids...yet...give me 79 days and I will...I do have an aunt that is a teacher....I donno I'm sure I'll give it to someone eventually :) always good to have thank you cards on hand....oh here is my card

I used the Kiki dog image, and the school house and made a lil button out of it. My TY stamp and paper are from CTMH....and the sketch is from There She Goes challenges.

we are to create a gell card...I love these! I have made a few...but not enough...Meredith had a super cool and easy tutorial on her blog that I followed for my creation...

I used the SeaTurtle image...I think he was free at one point....but he is super cute and I don't know why I didn't use him before (maybe because its hard to make him creepy) I colored him with pencils, tied ribbons in all my buttons, and stamped my senti from one of my tattered angels stamp sets....

reel me in...Night of the Living Dead

this week at Tiddly Inks their challenge is "Reel me In" they are challenging us to make a card/project based on a summer movie or a scary movie....well if you know me or have looked around my blog you know which of the two I'm going to choose!

I picked the good ol' classic horror movie...Night of the Living Dead!!!

wadda ya think? They are colored with colored pencils my "Barbara" is Lara Belle from Tiddly Inks and the Zombie guys are a freebie from Make it Crafty...I made it all black and white like the movie...that paper is hand made from a tutorial on Smeared and Smudged...its the Guest challenge this month...its made from wax paper regular paper and ink...thats it...well and an iron....go check it out...

Bab to the Bone seeing double

I'm so happy to report that I have found my mojo! it was lost in a tiny apt but now that I'm in my home and have space specifically for crafting...I have found it! yay!!

All weekend I have been crafting and its mostly for the up and coming release for Smeared Ink...the release is on the 15th (Friday) but I have a new project for many days following so be sure to come back:)

Today however...I have made a card for some challenges I have had my eye on for some time now...


don't ya just love these lil buggs? they are Autumn bugg from Tiddly inks that I colored with colored pencils and added glitter glue to their wings, the senti is from TI as well, the green paper is stamped with the skull from the Bombshell stamp set "Speed Shop" the lil green skull is from Creepy Glowbugg's etsy shop.

speeking of Tiddly Inks they have a challenge this week called "Bad to the Bone" and I thought this was fitting, also Tiddly Inks and Make It Crafty have teamed up to bring a Victorian Steampunk release, and you can read all about it HERE.

I would also like to enter this card into the Burtonesque Doll's Tweedle Dee, Tweedle Dum challenge.

Franken Hottie

ok last card for the month....

this one is for the Smeared and Smudged Oh The Horror challenge. The movie this month was "The Bride of Frankenstein" and as a DT member we got to work with Frankiee from Tiddly Inks...


isn't she to die for?!? I had a blast coloring her and that senti just worked perfectly (also from Tiddly Inks) the stitching is a stamp...and that super cute wire heart....ya I made it... cool huh?!?

I love this image and when I saw the Shaker challenge at Tiddly inks I just knew what had to be done...I love this card! my senti came from CTMH I thought it was just perfect...I love playing with this card...if DH would ever hand it over....I'm going to have to make him one too...something dark and with monsters...ha ha monsters and glitter :) I made myself giggle :)

creepy tree tag

welcome to my third post today....I hope I don't loos anyone on my hops....

now onto my current post....I hope you are all having a great 1st I know I am...so much going on...besideds the previously mentioned....there is also another countdown to christmas going on...and its over at Simply Betty....today's challenge is Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree your branches are so dry and Creepy!

I just had to use my Tree from Tiddly inks and imagine my joy when I saw there was a free Christmas tree ornament from Tiddly inks to go with my lil tree.... so I got it all colored up an sparkled up, then I painted my SB pet BB (she is so cool!) and then I made a tag...I took some green and gold inks and smeared them on my work surface and then sprayed them with water and smeared my tag in them...after I realized I needed some red so...I added it, I got my happy holiday's ribbon and put it on top and bottom and voial I have a super cool tag! I'm also entering this into the I did it creations blog-challenge is-surprise me

She's Everything

here is a neclace/ box set I made inspired by the SlipKnot video "Vermillion Pt 1" this is the 2nd video for the Smeared Ink Forum

I took a small gift box and glued my image onto it, the image is from Tiddly Inks and I colored her with water colors then I put UTEE on in it to make it super shiny....I then took a domino painted it with silver and again put UTEE on it...this time I did like 4-5 coats and then stuck a butterfly stamp in it and let it cool then removed my stamp and put some black in on it. I took one of my vials that I got from Smeared Ink and put a green butterfly in it....he wouldn't hold still for the pic;) I'm giving this to my sis for her b-day I hope she likes it... oh next to the image it says "she is everything and more" from the song...

4 more days =( bitter sweet! I don't know what I'm going to do I'm so used to posting something every day I may just have to keep it up....
today I have a card I made for the Smeared and Smudged's photo Inspiration Challenge, here is the photo and here is my card...I used a tidly inks digi and took some leaves off some silk flowers and painted them green on top of green paper then glued them onto the bottom...I colored my RockNRolla with different shades of pink and stuck a bat on one of my ribbons... I really like this image its so fun...its like a summer image but she has a Halloween spiderweb dress!!! so cool!!!!
