Be afraid

Monday again :S grrr I just want to sleep...snuggle up to my baby and husband...just lay around all day....but the show must go on and it can't without a job :P

the good thing about today is its the beginning of a new challenge over at Smudgy Antics...YAY!
the challenge this fortnight is ATCs...simple as that!

I made this with the Carnies stamp set...I'm really loving this set right now...I stamped my mermaid on some watercolor paper and painted her up with water and distress inks, then I painted a bit of a background and added some glitter to make it look like water...then I sat back and looked and I was like aww pretty...wait pretty...no no lets fix that...so in came the blood and the senti...now its a mermaid like they were intended...sirens to lure boats with their beauty then whamo dead :) yep thats how my mind works late nights :D

anywho so there you have it...an awesome ATC (and for me a new technique in distress ink painting) so try something new, try something old, get inspired and make something!
