Sorry no post yesterday, I thought I'd be able to do this, but with my husband getting a new job, a misscarriage, and the death of my step father I'm just really struggling getting my shit together.

Another fun art project with the kids...a water color resist card for memaw.

Thank you for the kind comments and understanding the situation...I should be back to making awesome art in no time...but for a 2 and a 4 yr old this isn't that bad...and I also realized why I use stamps...I can't draw!

Glad to see you back after yesterday's post :)

As some of you may know, I have a funeral and family stuff going on (auto posting this) so these posts aren't going to be my best work... I did some halloween art stuff to keep the kids busy while arrangements were made. I made one too so it totally counts...right.

Here we have glue+salt=cool spider web...anyone recognize my Lil spider stamp?!? Double points if you know the spiders name :)

Oh and millie drew a face with glue.

So I use Reusable Menstrual Products (RUMPS) or mama cloth as it is sometimes called too...I started cloth diapering my boy and figured why not me :) so here is one of my awesome halloween pads!

So most of you know I have 2 kids...(I had one during 31 days 5 years ago) :) anyways so now I have 2 more babies...check them out!

there were allot of questions about my post earlier today, and that makes me happy, I'm glad some of you are curious, and if I don't answer all your questions please feel free to email me {at Kapreec at Gmail.com}

 but the reason I switched is
-for starters they can be so cute! any fabric I want, and its just there, it kinda makes my time of the month exciting...ohhh which one do I get to wear today :)
- with disposables I was always itchy and uncomfortable, and by the end of my cycle I would have a rash on my legs from where the pad would rub...made me wonder...what the heck is in these things..answer: allot of harsh chemicals.
- I was using cloth diapers for my son, so why not for me too ;)
- shorter cycles!!
- great for my 72 hr kit :)
these are just some of "my" reasons, there are a ton out there and I have more reasons I wont get into here, but just know I'm not crazy, I love to sew and this is what I choose to sew right now :D

Unity girl day 2

so I have been more into sewing lately, more than crafting, and I'm slowly converting my craft room into a sewing room, so I thought I would combine the two, I went and got some fabric markers and colored on my unity stamps and created some reusable cloth menstrual pads.

these are actually just pantie liners, but I took some stamps I think all these ones were from the Gina and me set...the stamping is very faint but its hearts and butterflies.
