I cut out so much and layered for the first time! I guess its called decoupage...I'm not even sure if I did it right...but like I said it was fun anyways.

I colored up my guy then cut him out, then colored up some layers (ya I probably didn't have to color each layer...but hey I'm learning) then I cut them out and then I glued them all on an ATC background I made with blue paints and a cred card...I kinda tried to make it look like the movie poster for "Dr Horrible's sing-along blog" its a movie...and I haven't seen it yet...but it is on my wish list (it has Neil Patrick Harris...I love him) but this was the Oh The Horror movie challenge on the Smeared and Smudged challenge this month...so I used one of my Smeared Ink images from the Creepers set I think his name is Dr Doctor.I would like to enter this ATC in the following challenges
