since I'm actually making this post the night before you see it...it is still my little ones birthday, and with her fast asleep we thought on what movie to watch and what better show than where we got her name (Millicent - Barnabas' cousin in the original Gothic Soap series.)
however instead of taking 15 years to watch the soap we just watched the new Tim Burton/Johnny Depp Dark Shadows! and I created this...

Great coloring. Love the softer colors against the darker ones.
Being a diehard fan of the origianl Dark Shadows series, and there were movies too, same actors, I could not bear to see the Depp destruction of the legend.

Think I found my favorite one! I grew up on the original Dark Shadows and loved it! Haven't seen the new one....didn't want to mess with my wonderful memories of the past one but may make it this year's Halloween watch. Love how you capture the old one so well with a touch from the new! Really love this one!!
