Today's theme is Monochromatic! And I chose Yellow!!!
I am really into bees lately and me and DH are going to start keeping bees...I'm really excited! we will be getting them in the Spring! so I took a bee from Smeared Ink's Queen digi set, and the crown, the "bee yourself" stamp was one from my collection (don't remember where from) and made this little ATC...added some glitter and used allot of paint...boy did I have fun!
Edit~the background is made by me...just an old book page I painted first with a watered down yellow, then tore it up and glued it down then glued it again...this part took forever to dry for someone impatient like me :)

I am not usually a fan of bees but this is perfect. The background is my favorite. Did you actually layer each piece of paper and then paint it? Looks hand made if not. I do love the layered background. I will be using the same ides very soon so feel loved that you inspired me. Boy do I love monochrome. I really like the edges of all the layers of paper. Distressed , perfection. I love this great job.
