Today I have a journal page to share with you
over at the Smeared and Smudged forum there is an art journal prompt each week, and I look at them and get ideas and start pages but never finish them...this one I actually finished :) there was a prompt one week for paint (which I used) and another week for one word (I started out with just Yesterday...but had to write the rest) anyways I started out with some masking tape (junk funk challenge at SnS) then I painted over it, then I stamped my new angel guy from Stampotique and colored his wings with blue Neocolor crayons then added some sparkle then I painted a few words from the Beatles song "Yesterday" with some new paints added a border and wrote the rest of the lyrics and there I have my page...I love how it turned out!!!
I would like to enter it in the following challenges:
Stamponique- out with the old in with the new
Smeared and Smudged- Junk funk- masking tape
Creative Inspirations Paint- Anything goes

Thank you dragon
here is my latest creation..
I used a sea dragon image from Sweet Pea stamps and a sketch from My Favorite Things....I also made it a thank you card for the Sweet Pea stamps challenge...I colored my lil guy up with pencils and added sparkles to his horn and liquid glass to the globe (then I lost it....found it on the bottom of a baking dish DH didn't see it...guess I should move back to my craft room and out of the kitchen) I used a die cut for the flower and a border punch for the....border :) my dragon and the flower are both on pop dots, and the "thanks" is a stamp from CTMH. thats about it...thanks for looking!
I would like to enter this in the following

Sea you soon
its been a good weekend...got the house clean worked extra hours and had some crafty time! I made this card just now using a new technique.
isn't it cool? I used a bubble wrap tutorial I saw on the speedy TV challenge forum....I used 3 layers of paint (grey, green, blue) then wrapped bubble paper around a brayer and went up the side (in pearl white paint) then mounted it all on some cardstock added a ribbon senti and some pearls and there I have it here is a link to the tutorial if you want a better step by step...I think I'm going to go create another I had so much fun! I used the seahorse and senti from the "Oh Crab" stamp set from MFP I'm entering this in the Tutorial Time challenge.
as well as the A and T challenge: use ribbon

Friend
today I have a card to share with you...
the stamp is from third coast stamps and I made this card for the third coast challenges (white shabby chic) this was a first for me I have never done a white on white card before....I very lightly colored the carousel stand and ribbons...and added some shading to his main and tail, and some glitter to his horn...I made a mask and sprayed some glimmer mist around him, then mounted him on some pearl paper, took a different color of glimmer mist (sorry I don't know what ones...one is a cream and the other a light silver) and sprayed a doily, then I stuck it all on a card and stamped "friend" in a light grey and added some jewels...I really like how it turned out and to honest with you I didn't think I would :)

Nadya
I have yet another ATC to share with you today
I used Terra Bidlespacher's Nadya and colored her up with pencils (I guess I'm still in Halloween mode as I made her outfit black and orange) :) then added liquid glass to her wings and made a background with a bunch of glittery dots (that took forever) then I did a border of more black glitter...I really like how this turned out very sparkly but it seems dark to me...love dark and pretty!
I would like to enter this in the WWATC challenge: snales or stripes
as well as MFP friends of speedy tv: anything goes
